The team has grown from just two founders to the wide range of skills (and nationalities!) involved today. Do you fit in here somewhere?
Although he has a Law degree (just for the fun of it), David has been programming PHP and Python for over 10 years. He built the original version of Server Density and when he's not running the company, he's either experimenting with MongoDB, cycling, exploring Japan or drinking green tea.
The source of our "design first" philosophy, Harry created all the original styles, Javascript, logos and tshirts. He also built our original mobile apps for iPhone and Android. When he's not practicing ridiculously difficult harmonics on guitar, he's explaining why we need to solve climate change. Now.
Mixing creativity and code is at the heart of Daniele's work. He's a deep lover of computer graphics, especially when built for interaction. Left and right brain integration, that is what a designer should do. He balances geeky screen work with post-punk playing every now and then. He's designed our new iOS apps and alerting UI.
A self confessed Mac head, Rob lives in sunny Northern Ireland (it's not that sunny). When he's not working on Mac apps or another side project, he is cultivating his dog army (2 strong so far) and planning trips. He is responsible for our new iOS apps and customer billing system.
With a love for all things social, Chris can often be found trying to mash together random aspects of his many social networks together, usually involving a map and Python. He is also a hot chilli fan, growing a number of stupidly hot varieties.
Many weird and wonderful open source projects regularly appear on Wes's GitHub profile; from a Vagrant package cooked up in the middle of the night to a Hipchat bot. See if you can guess the meaning of his username.
Despite much persuasion, Matt is the only member of the team still using a Windows laptop. As such, he gets to fix weird .NET authentication bugs and spent time automating our build process. He's also responsible for our new API.
By putting together years of experience in developing and deploying critical telecom systems, Pedro's keeping our services always tunned to perfection and downtime at zero. When not exposed to a xterm, Pedro is teaching his spawn process how to enjoy life!
Tom enjoys a split view on life, .NET and python, OSX and Windows. Mostly responsible for the monitoring agents. Never far away from a computer, but enjoys paddling (kayaks), biking (MTB) and any outdoor sport that isn't walking. Spends lots of time in a field. Owns cats.

Every 6 weeks everyone stops scheduled work and spends a whole week working on a side project of their choice.
Fed up of the 9 to 5? You choose when you work best, whether that's morning or night. How's that for flexible!
Within reason, of course :) We trust our employees to judge how much holiday they need to properly rest and relax.
We encourage our engineers to open source as much of their work as possible - giving back to the community.
Most of our engineering team work remotely from home in Europe, Canada and the US but we also have a custom designed office in West London. Located near Turnham Green Tube station in Chiswick, it's in an excellent spot; close to great shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to forget you're in the city!
Spec your own computer and we'll buy it for you. Most of us have a Macbook Air with an Apple Cinema Display and Herman Miller chairs.
